I have worked in the restaurant business since I was 15 years old, all the way up from a bus boy to a beverage manager, including time spent at notable places throughout Baltimore County. The Manor Tavern has consisted of a large portion of that time and has been incredibly meaningful to me. I have a strong passion for the culinary arts and old-world wine. I currently hold the titles of Certified Specialist of Wine (CSW) from the Society of Wine Educators and level one Sommelier from the Court of Master Sommeliers. Creating enjoyable experiences, memorable moments and sharing perceptions within the ever-growing and infinite world of wine will always be held dear to me. I hope to not only advance my career within the industry but to also earn higher titles within the wine world.
